ELSEY, NANCY E., 61, of Villas, NJ passed away Wednesday 2/9/2011 at the Court House Convalescent Center. Born in Collingdale, Pa. she has been a local resident most of her life. Funeral services are private under the direction of the Ingersoll-Greenwood Funeral Home of North Wildwood.
