You were not happy. It was 2014. I remember it for you because I remember speaking with you. Lame duck Obama so the GOP said now's our chance to get 51 GOP senators! You voted. It worked and then some. Like 54 GOP senators! (I think you're starting to remember why you were not happy) In our system you just can't do much with 51 (or 54 or 59) senators, especially with a President from the other party. Was the effort to get 51+ senators worth it? I don't know but I know you weren't happy. As I recall what happened in the end was pretty much nothing. That's part of our system too
