I'd like to agree with the spouter regarding the efficiency in parent pickup at Elem. 1. Perhaps that same friendly demeanor and efficiency could carry over to Elem. 2. That is a disgrace, and everyone is miserable. It shows. No wonder there are so many young teachers hired, everyone leaves.
