I just read another spout about Zoning and Code not doing the jobs enforcing weeds and cracked curbs. If they do the job people spout about how they are picked on, if they don't people spout about them not doing the job. I say just fine everyone for everything against code. Everything, weeds, paint, trash, old roofs, no screens, rusty gates, everything. Turn the town into an HOA, make everyone have a perfect property, no excuses. Be careful what you ask for.
