As a longtime beachgoer and resident, it’s sad to see how a man treats the people who work for him , while seemingly allowing his favorites to do no wrong. Over the years, I’ve spoken with many people who said this was the best job they’d ever had. That’s why it’s so disappointing to hear more recent stories about the work environment. The job itself is awesome, and it should be a rewarding experience for everyone involved. Sadly, it seems the environment has changed, and that’s a real shame. No one should have to feel undervalued or unfairly treated in a job they once loved.
