The Board of Education does not come under the jurisdiction of Township Council but are elected to their position, by you the registered voter. Each candidate runs their own campaign and sometimes a no name will be elected because of popularity or affiliation with a group, so your criticism of layoffs, curriculum, and policies need to be addressed to the Board. They hold their meetings monthly and any concerns need to be addressed at that time. Don't be blaming others while trying to put a target on their back by drawing misinformed focus to that individual. You vote for their budget too.
