The man who praises himself about ending multiple wars has now said that Russia and Ukraine have both agreed to a ceasefire. Ukraine said they will stop defending themselves when they stop getting attacked. Russia has not responded at all. Except for bombing a Ukrainian apartment building shortly after that announcement.
