Are people in West Wildwood really raising chickens in their crawl spaces? Does anyone in West Wildwood have a crawl space? I woukd think with the flooding issues there, crawl spaces would be death traps for any livestock, chickens, goats or any farm animals. Isn't the Borough doing anything about this?
