I think I’d enjoy a moment clarifying a broad misunderstanding of what a seasonal, service industry worker is the minds of Vacationers. We HAVE to be happy all the time,Athletes, Actors, Actresses, “clutch”-(for volume), Methodical, Organised, “Stocked”, Ready while juggling multiple personalities, conversations and conflict. We are hyper vigilant, we have situational awareness and complete exhaustion. I often get asked,”What do you do after the season”? We access, plan, analyse and execute for the next season.
