Kind of ridiculous that these things continue to happen at colleges and universities. More proof that we learn nothing from the past and are only a reactive society. If we were to switch our secular wisdom to Godly wisdom we might fare better? How about schools don’t allow these events in their policies and have a stringent expulsion policy. Letting wet brained children know over and over again of the consequences and have them sign contracts that they realize that the probability of bad things happening are high when you go to parties and if you choose to you are the only one responsible.
