Housing shortages have nothing to do with how many physical houses you have... The term applies to how many are available for sale. The solution locally and nationwide is not necessarily to build more homes. Our biggest issue is that over the last three decades corporate rentals have taken over, driving up prices and reducing availability. Trump and the conservatives refuse to address the real issue... Break up these housing monopolies!
