The U.S. Post Office services seem to be going down hill. Though the North Cape May office says they are open until 4:30 they close the window earlier. This is not the first time this has happened there. Best to get there by 4:00 or forget it. Interesting that we rarely get our mail delivered by 4 or 5 pm.
