Only in Wildwood would city employees drive around early on a Monday morning after a major flood placing violation notices on wet items people placed outside. Maybe these people would better serve the taxpayers buy cleaning up the streets. It wouldn't surprise me if the city applied for FEMA money to pay for the cleanup. People in neighboring towns were told to put items to the curb. Seems to me that it's nothing but another money grab.
