I hope the MT school board candidates are willing cut the many unnecessary positions, especially administrator positions, the district has created in the last few years. There is a lot of fat that could be cut. First they create administrator positions, then they create administrator assistant positions that the administrators pass their work off to. The higher ranking the administrator, the less they actually do. It’s the secretaries, custodians, teachers, and guidance counselors that really keep schools running. The district can save hundreds of thousands of dollars by making the right cuts.
