When streets flood, could drivers please use common sense and consideration by not flying through the water like it's a normal day? Even if you don't care about your vehicle, think about the waves you create that splash against people and buildings. When the right lane of Park Blvd has deep water, how about using the left lane instead? Ideally, the city should close the right lane during floods and ticket drivers for going too fast for conditions. No reason to do 10-15 MPH over the limit through water.
