So at one of the council meetings, the Rec Director said they have too many employees sitting around doing nothing. So how is cutting hours going to heal anything? If you have less hours, than these full-time 40 hour employees are going to be squeezed into less hours. I would think extending the hours would make it better. They’ve been sitting around there since the building opened. Even in the busiest parts of the season, they sat around and never patrolled the building. I feel like the scheduling is the problem.
