Eustice Mita, developer and hotel/motel magnate, has come outright on ABC News, saying the newly acquired property comprising of Wonderland Amusement Park, including the iconic Ferris wheel, are in beyond repair and will need to be town down, citing years of corrosion and deterioration from salt air. Imagine that! He needs to look at his Ocean Holiday motel, exposed to the elements for the past 5 years and tear that down as well!!!!
