Sea Isle City/Ocean City so your not happy with Adm. O.C. Guess what we don't want him either. He's an Engineer not an Administrator. Agree shared services doesn't work. It didn't work for either City. It has been proven. His salary is a disgrace. We are just handing him money for what. Put an end to his salary NOW. Out of control. He makes too much money.
