So now the Borough is telling the fire department they'll reduce their workweek by adding a fourth shift. Four firefighters is a 1.5 Million dollar cost with no return on investment. Meanwhile... staffing cuts to the police, and they dont get to go to bed at 9pm. Where does the mayor think he's going to drum up this budget money?
