I have to agree with the guy speaking about the red lights. Last winter I was driving on Pacifoc Ave minding my own business at about 400 am. The only people out were the few remaining ladies of the evening & a few toughs standing around drum fire singing. I was stopped for drifting through a red light. I wemt to the precinct and asked for the inspector & was told he was not available. The block captains need to organize & bring this up at the monthly neighborhood meetings.
