I fully support building data centers. They should be built in non-residential areas, possibly underground to eliminate or reduce noise concerns. As for concerns about excessive water use, after the initial startup chillers and heat exchangers would take over too keep the systems cool. Operators of the data centers would be required to work with local utility companies to provide their own power, sewage etc. at no cost to the public. They would also be responsible for any upgrades to existing systems. It's just an idea, what are your thoughts?
