As a longtime resident and beachgoer, I want to take a moment to thank the Lieutenant who is stationed at 22nd Avenue for the amazing job he does every summer. He is, without question, the most knowledgeable, polite, and professional officer on the entire patrol. His dedication, professionalism, and years of experience are truly evident in the way he leads and guides the lifeguards. We are so happy and privileged to have such an outstanding person looking after our beach and sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience with the lifeguards.
