Champ here…Y’know as the 1st Bartender on the Boards following all the rules in 2003-2026 from Health Department, A.B.C. Issues and F.O.W.L. (Families against Waterpark Liquor), I grinded through those issues and for 24 years on the Boards creating a new level of standards of Bartending. I have worked diligently to uphold an idea of what I thought a Boardwalk Bar should be. Now there’s 13 more when I was the only one for 12 years. I set the standard. I was in the Trenches for you. I hope you remember me when you pour a drink. The reason you have a job, in any bar as a Bartender is because I set those standards. I paved the way for you to have a job. I hope you’re thankful.
