I can't drive on or off the island without people flying by going 15-20mph over the limit... and that's after I see 2-3 people a day running red lights or stop signs, people cutting others off on Rt 9 and 47... going the wrong way down one way streets. Is it a case of people being ignorant to the laws, not paying attention, or just not caring about anyone but themselves?
