Wow, how things have changed. Avalon has a Borough Council and Police Department too timid to enforce its own laws ? It wasn’t that many years ago that Avalon was forced to pull back on its heavy handed approach in dealing with loud partygoers. Did a Council member actually say that Avalon’s downtown needs to be reinvigorated as a reason to allow outdoor music beyond 8 PM ? That’s another big “Wow”.
