FLOODED STREETS-- Not the best back drop for a Mayor Mullock photo op. The drains and inlets have not been cleaned by the City , and they are loaded with leaves, trash, lawn & tree material bio mass that decays and blocks storm drains from working, and if they do drain the mess ends up on the beaches. This is not the charismatic event Zack Mullock looks to benefit from publicly.
