We have a person that, from what employees are saying, creates constant drama and conflict—and then hides out in City Hall. Why is this allowed to continue? Where is the accountability? Who is supervising this person, and who is addressing the ongoing issues with employees? No public employee should be above accountability. Employees deserve a professional, respectful workplace, and residents deserve to know that management issues are being taken seriously. Who is responsible for stepping in and fixing this?
