Sea Isle City regarding why everyone has there Gas Grills on there decks. Do you know that an Ordinance is in effect that No Gas Grills on decks. The Mayor is not enforcing this so when you your renter has an explosion from the grill your house your attach neighbor houses catches on fire. Yup who do you sue the Mayor, the City, the attached neighbor. Can go down a list regarding a lawsuit. We as Taxpayers want this Ordinance enforced NOW. Before there is a casualty. This needs to be addressed at a Council meeting before it's too late. Hefty fines should be enforced.
