08/19/26: I just returned from the weekly music festival at the Ferry terminal. While there, the stench of weed was everywhere. The sad part of my story, these individuals got into their cars, etc. and left the terminal "stoned". A LTPD officer was parked at the Douglass Rd. exit of the terminal and did absolutely nothing while these "stoned" drivers drove away. This is flat out wrong in every way. The police don't stop traffic law breakers and let "stoners" off the hook too! WHY!!
