Re Lower Township during heavy winds a gentleman placed two cool cabanas, left and they were swaying and flapping around. Someone took them down and placed them behind the lifeguard stands before then blew into the water. The wife came about two hours later asking the lifeguards why they moved them. The senior guard said they were left unattended and a family was concerned for their kids safety and took them down. The bar was bent on both of them from the winds.
