Middle Township really needs to stop looking at every piece of land as something that needs to be developed. Our quality of life is more valuable than "ratables". If more development really lowered property taxes, Middle Township would the lowest taxes around. Instead, our taxes go up every year because Middle keeps allowing more and more houses to be built. Middle Township does not need any new store, townhome, housing development, etc. It's already too crowded in Middle. I hope that Whitesboro property owner can derail the entire Ryan Homes development and the 200 plus acres can be saved.
