Now Cape May Govt control freakes are going to limit the size of shopping bags you can bring into stores on the Washington Mall - "shoplifters should have rights too" - they have pressing needs for many items they are stealing - why doesn't the Govt of Cape May provide these types of items that are being shoplifted for "free" for shoplifters that are "down and out"? - People who need help should have a " Govt issued "get things for free card" which allows them to shoplift - it is sad that the richest nation in the world cannot provide for their own people
