Wildwood crest needs to start cracking down on the e-bike rules. Every day I watch a kid on a scooter fly down Pacific at well over 25mph. He rides the middle of the road and zooms in and out, extremely reckless and it's going to cost someone a life soon. Thought there were laws that they had to follow.
