The North Cape May comment on someone being bitten on their arm by a dog while trying to enjoy their lunch on the beach. Sorry to hear about their mishap. They should be grateful that they live here and not in a neighborhood in the inner cities where a pit bull would have destroyed their arm or they may be caught in a crossfire by the daily drive-bys.
