I guess the Herald did not like my intended post to have a handicapped compliance port a potty placed by Township of Lower at the public beach access-at the end of Raleigh Ave. in Diamond Beach. It only makes sense as those surrounding privatge beaches and establishments do NOT want the public trampling all over the place while looking for a spot to relieve themselves. That and the sight of a port a potty on a street end may take away the ambiance of the neighborhood. The people need to see this issue for what it is and enhance public convenience w/o surrendering their right to access.
