I am filing a complaint regarding the persistent odor coming from the MUA facility. The smell has become increasingly noticeable and is impacting nearby residents. I’ve also read several recent comments in the Spout Off section suggesting the MUA is losing employees and struggling with morale. Whether that’s true or not, it raises concerns that deserve attention. If there are operational or staffing issues contributing to these problems, they should be addressed before conditions get worse.
