I believe Lower Township/Diamond Beach needs to place a porta potty at the dead end of Raleigh Ave (400 block East) where the public beach access begins as there are some who have a need to relieve themselves and w/o such accommodations, and businesses refusing to allow for such needs by the many who come to the beach, such an accommodation is long overdue. And get better control of those golf carts that block the street end, creating a safety hazard!!!!!
