Sure enough some of our renters attended nightly events at Byrne Plaza and returned with dog dumpings on their soles and chair legs. And small children lying on the grass at these "events", not healthy for them! Same problem, we squished into dumps walking at the farmers market last year. More dogs than people. How "cute" some dog lifted its leg on some vendors tent, lol. Fox Park doesn't allow such behavior at its events and many of our improved smaller parks now have no animals allowed signs. Wake up Byrne Plaza, can't you see your nice grass is all dying too?!
