Route 9 between shellbay and Johnstown lane is a disaster waiting to happen. The state must install turning lanes at shellbay. A double yellow no passing zone. Lower the speed limit to 25 m.p.h. on this block. Complete the curbs and sidewalks on the east and west sides. Motorists do not realize there are two mobile home parks, a very busy tavern restaurant, a large storage unit, a gardening center, a strip mall, and numerous homes and businesses on a very congested block with residents and visitors who do not realize this. Tell middle committee no more development until the road is fixed.
