This is a complaint about the superintendent of Public Works, allowing the assistant superintendent to completely run things and run them horribly. This actually happened. The city had a new trash truck sitting around for months not being allowed to be used. Then this previously mentioned Assistant waited for his son to come back from a nine month Worker’s Compensation case and assigned/ GAVE him the new trash truck to drive. They need to be stopped Mr. Savastano!
