Air BnB’s should be band in CMC because there are so many houses that sit unused throughout the winter leaving nothing left for the locals struggling to live and work here. 2nd home buyers should also be stopped for the same reason. This isn’t development, this is disrespect at its finest. Stop selling off the land that makes CM what it is. Stop making it harder and harder to live here. Many of us locals work 3 jobs just to survive and you all are making it impossible to live. Stay out of Cape May County with your nonsense. Sincerely, a local trying to stay local.
