The only thing impressive about the “biggest home ever “ to be built in Avalon is the “biggest ever waste” in demolishing a 20yr old 7800sqft mansion in order to build this 17,694 sq ft mansion.. Too bad the owner traveling to Avalon doesn’t pass by the Branches and stop in and talk with people who don’t have homes or healthcare. Talk to children who live in motels in Cape May County. The owner has the money power to influence policy change to help alleviate a lot of human suffering that is what would impress me.
