I submit a spout about the public works digging outfalls and the next week they dig them again with even deeper trenches and the next day I noticed a warning sign from the county that the amount of bacteria in the ocean is unsafe to swim. Was this necessary to do this? Who makes these decisions? We come here to swim and be on the beach and we can’t even do that because public works keep opening these bacteria infested pipes. PLEASE STOP!
