Concerning the Harbor View park compass debacle. There is a true north and a magnetic north designation. Mag north here is 11 degrees West of true north (which is the north geographic pole ) So the North arrow on the compass there is dramatically wrong either way and should be corrected. Also... there is no water fountain in the newly renovated park. Strange.
