Making my way down Susquehanna/Lake Rd. from Rio Grande Ave-South, every weekend it looks like a parking lot, with all the 2nd homeowners parking their cars and trucks, across the sidewalk and into the street. Then blocking the car in, where pedestrians right of way is compromised! The abuse is blatant and is sometimes observed in other areas of the island, but nothing is ever done. The owners view the situation as an extension of their property but fail to realize, it is intended for pedestrians, who are put in danger walking in the street, pushing their coaches, and walking their dogs.
