Could the dog owners walking along the franklin ave park please start picking up after them. The man that walks 2 little dogs without a leash, the woman that walks the french bulldog, and the man/woman that walk the larger dog. My kid fell right in a pile of it and I'm sure public works hates bringing their mowers back covered in dog poop. Maybe the borough can put in a bag station but until then just be good neighbors and cleanup
