Last week, VanDrew voted YES to provide $10 billion to administer the SAVE Act tucked into a budget bill. Every woman in CD2 should be alarmed that this bill, now headed to the Senate, allows this to pass by only one Senator’s vote. It contains the requirement for “proof of citizenship” that matches birth certificate to current name creating additional challenges for women to register to vote. Although candidate Van Drew is putting out daily PR on how he is helping CD2, he didn’t include this vote - another slap against his constituents to provide “undying support” to Trump.
