2PM Friday the 24th of July, this guy strolls on the beach with two dogs. Comes on at 25th Street and sets up camp. Just another entitled person this town is now full of...just thumbing his nose at the rest of us. I'm a dog owner and I bring my dog when its allowed after the season.
