Are the County Union employees that are throwing a tantrum about the contract, new here? I've been an employee of the county for quite some time, and we have never, I repeat, NEVER settled a contract in under 3-4 months. We've gone over a year or more, several times. If they settle too quick, you'll complain. If they aren't quick enough, you'll complain. Our Union just can't win with you people. Look at the big picture and realize that they are fighting for everyone, not just you. They are suffering too.
