All the times I’ve dined at a restaurant , I’ve never had my dining experience disrupted by noise from …it’s a bar, deal with it.. not everyone wants SIC to become another Avalon/Stone Harbor.. and if we are talking noise, how about all those little kids running around, being annoying?
